Commercialisation Committee

The Commercialisation Committee is a sub-committee of the Finance Capital and Investment Committee (FCIC) which in turn is a Committee of the Governing Body. The ethos of the Commercialisation Committee will aim to support and encourage the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) while ensuring good practice in relation to governance of the commercialisation process is adhered to. The Governing Body has appointed Ms Louise Grubb to be the Chair of the Commercialisation Committee. The members of the Commercialisation Committee are:

• Dr James O'Sullivan, Head of Innovation & Commercialisation (ex-officio)
• Mr Cormac O'Toole, VP Finance/Financial Controller (ex-officio)
• Ms Elaine Sheridan, VP Governance/University Secretary (ex-officio)
• Professor Marie Claire Van Hout, VP Research, Innovation & Impact (ex-officio)
• Ms Anne Graham, Staff nominee
• Ms Frances Hardiman, Staff nominee
• Mr Brian Ogilvie, Staff nominee
• Ms Aisling O'Neill, Staff nominee

The Technology Transfer Manager will support the Commercialisation Committee.
