This is a 60-credit, Level 7 programme, offered in a part-time blended learning format that utilises a work-based model and which will run over one academic year. The 60 credits will be delivered via taught modules one day per week over two semesters. The programme will initially be delivered for the National Ambulance Service (NAS) and is designed to provide learners with a practical approach to dealing with aspects of a middle management position within the organisation. The programme covers all aspects of organisational culture and learners will be encouraged to interact with their peers to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of each business area.
