Overview
What is this Programme about?
To develop graduates who are equipped with in-depth knowledge, skills and competencies in Supply Management, Management and Business to enable them to make a contribution to the business community, in the region, nationally and internationally.
On completion of this course - Learners should be able to:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of emerging theories concepts and methods pertaining to the field of Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrate an extensive up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management, in the context of a changing business environment.
- Formulate and apply ideas to new contexts and effectively use quantitative concepts and methods to interpret and to critically evaluate data.
- Demonstrate managerial ability through the analysis and interpretation and integration of data within various business settings, and apply problem solving skills and creative thinking to a range of business issues
Who is this programme for?
Applications are welcomed from those who have completed the CILT Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, an equivalent qualification or have significant experience in this area. These applicants will be required to complete a Recognition of Prior Learning portfolio. Students who have successfully completed the Higher Certificate in Business in Logistics and Supply Chain Management can apply for direct entry.
Course Delivery
Classes are delivered using a hybrid approach involving a combination of pre-course reading, pre-recorded classes, live and onsite classes.
Online Support
Students will have full access to a range of supports available online and through Blackboard, our virtual learning environment. These include our new online programme, PACE, which is designed to support students to access and effectively use library resources in order to complete assignments. Additional supports include an Academic Writing Centre and Maths Support Centre, freely available to all students.
Entry Requirements
