Overview

The Certificate in Decision Making and Critical Thinking is designed to equip students with the essential skills needed to excel in complex problem-solving and strategic decision-making across various professional contexts. This module focuses on developing students' creative, critical, and analytical capabilities, while also enhancing managerial competencies. Throughout the course, participants will engage with real-world scenarios that challenge their ability to think critically, analyse issues from multiple perspectives, and implement effective strategies.
