The aim of this certificate is to provide learners with an understanding of the leadership tools and skills required in successfully leading and implementing change in an innovative organisation
This programme introduces learners to the following:
Leadership: Using a skills & situational approach to develop leadership capabilities as well as implementing a contingency leadership approach.
Modern leadership approaches: Learn about and develop collaborative leadership skills approach, employing servant and authentic leadership knowledge and practices to leading in an ever changing business environment.
The Nature of Change: Gain an understanding and recognise categories and causes of change within both open and closed ecological systems of change.
Models of Change: Understand the primary principles and models of change management through both planned change and emergent change.
Organisational Culture: Examine and understand organizational cultures and the impact of culture and politics on the change management process.
