Upon gaining a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial environment, learners will build out a structured and practical business plan with the guidance of our expert course facilitators.
Learners will go through the process of idea generation that includes understanding the management and marketing practices involved in a new venture versus an established business with awareness of the opportunities and pitfalls on the road to success.
