Card Collection

For new entrants, details of how to get your student card will be provided in your registration information/e-mail. Cards are usually collected during orientation or over the first few days of the semester.

ID Card Replacement

If you have lost your ID card and would like to replace it please follow the steps below:

• Please go to WebCentre Login to request a replacement ID card.
• To order your first SETUCard, you must have received your Institute username and password.
• You will be asked to log in using your university login details, and you will need to upload a suitable digital passport-style photograph.
• It is important to get your SETUCard before you start your course, as you will need it to access many of the facilities and buildings on campus.
• If you order a replacement card it will be ready to collect in 1-2 working days. 
• Your SETU Card photograph will be used for identification purposes and for academic and administration activities of the University.
