For QQI-FE Award Holders and Mature applicants

The SETU Carlow Access Programme targets QQI-FE Award Holders and mature applicants who have the ability to benefit from and succeed in third level education but who, for a variety of reasons, encounter barriers which impacted on their education.
Carlow Access Programme Scholarship is targeted at those on low incomes doing full time courses on the Carlow and Wexford campuses from the following groups:
- Mature Applicants
- QQI-FE Applicants
- Applicants with a disability
- Lone or teen parents
- Care Leavers
- Carers
- Homeless
- Members of Ethnic Minority Groups
- Refugees and Asylum Seekers
Closing Date
Closing date for receipt of completed applications (with correct documents) is Sunday 31 August 2025. Scholarship Offers will be made at the start of the academic year.
