One Million Stars Exhibition at SETU in collaboration with Amber Women's Refuge

Date : Mon 04 Nov - Tue 31 Dec

The Nore Building - South East Technological University - Kilkenny Road Campus, Kilkenny Road, Carlow

SETU is delighted to welcome the Amber Women's Refuge One Million Stars project on the Kilkenny Road Campus.

SETU proudly supports One Million Stars Ireland by Amber Women's Refuge, an inclusive community arts project connecting communities across Ireland in solidarity against domestic, sexual and gender-based violence.

The One Million Stars Art exhibition promotes the project’s eight points of healthy love within relationships. Part of the global One Billion Stars project, the project is being directed in Ireland by art therapist Siobhan McQuillan and Amber Women’s Refuge in Kilkenny. The One Million Stars art exhibition, featuring thousands of woven stars representing light, hope, and solidarity, will be showcased on the Carlow Campus until the end of December 2024.  The exhibition is on display on the ground floor of the Nore building.
