Part Time Honours degree in Early Childhood Education Webinar
Date : Mon 14 Apr - Tue 15 Apr
Online
SETU will be running a number of webinars for potential applicants to learn more about the Nurturing Skills Learner Fund which is now open to eligible applicants.
Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about the Qualifications Advisory Board (QAB) approved Bachelor of Education (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Practice degree programme. This also incorporates the ordinary (level 7) degree in Early Childhood Education and Practice. This programme will be offered in a blended format with onsite elements of the programme taking place in our Carlow and Wexford campuses.
Attendees who have a level 5 qualification would be eligible for entry into year 1 while attendees who have a major award at level 6 in early childhood education will potentially be eligible for entry into year 2.
The programme is aimed at current practitioners aiming to upskill and obtain a degree in early childhood education. Our programme is designed around the demands of part time learners and blends evening onsite delivery with online delivery. Work based learning is a key feature of the programme. The NSLF funding will cover 90% of the student fees. The funding is limited and applications to Pobal will close on the 1st of May. For more details, tap here.
The webinar will cover the structure of the programme, the application process for NSLF funding and will afford attendees with an opportunity to speak with staff at SETU.
We are hosting webinars:
- Monday, 14 April from 1pm to 2pm
- Tuesday, 15 April from 7pm to 8pm
