The main stage sessions brings together subject matter experts (SMEs) to share their insights on three critical pillars of modern business success: People, Process, and Technology.

Through a series of dynamic presentations, these thought leaders will explore how Lean and Continuous Improvement principles, combined with digital transformation, can drive sustainable growth and efficiency.

The main stage sessions provide a wonderful opportunity to hear real-world experiences and case studies from SMEs who have successfully implemented Lean principles across diverse sectors. Whether you're in manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries, this session will provide actionable takeaways to elevate your lean practices and accelerate digital transformation.

Lean practitioners know that successful lean initiatives start with problem definition and data driven decisions. Technology decisions come later.

This Workshop shows how you and your team can build your own efficient digital solutions by taking advantage of the Microsoft tool suite that is included as part of your existing standard MS user licenses and infrastructure.

To illustrate this we will present several customer case studies to show what is possible and the savings achieved:

  • KPI Daily Dashboard with action tracker
  • A generic Tracker built using Excel and Power BI.
  • A powerful Safety Cards app with approval flows and user entry form.
  • A Supply Change Analysis sheet (Red / Amber / Green)

We will bring participants through how these solutions were built using the Microsoft tools.

This hands-on workshop is designed to guide lean practitioners through the journey from Process Mapping to Value Stream Mapping (VSM) , focusing on empowering teams to build process solutions that drive operational efficiency. Lean initiatives begin with a strong foundation in problem definition and fact based  decision-making, and this workshop is crafted to support your team in taking those foundational steps further by leveraging practical tools that are easily applied.

Process Mapping Key Benefits Include:

  • Improving Process Understanding and Standardisation
  • Identifying Inefficiencies and Bottlenecks
  • Enhancing Collaboration and Problem-Solving
  • Supporting Data-Driven Decisions and Digital Transformation
