“The Vibrant Mind” Art Exhibition in Collaboration with Mental Health Organisations
The Department of Humanities at South East Technological University (SETU) is proud to host The Vibrant Mind, a pan-European art exhibition highlighting the role of art in expressing and communicating mental health experiences. This event is organized in partnership with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and in collaboration with the Global Alliance of Mental Illness Advocacy Network Europe, Bodywhys Ireland, and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).
About The Vibrant Mind
The Vibrant Mind celebrates artists from across Europe who live with mental health conditions, showcasing their work to facilitate dialogue, challenge stigmas, and promote understanding of mental health through art. The project emphasises the deep connection between creativity and mental well-being.
The exhibition, having recently been displayed at Rethink Mental Illness in London, will open on Monday, 4 November, at 7PM at SETU's Kilkenny Road campus in Carlow. It will run for two weeks, closing on the 15 November
