The PMO change programme works to inform and support the SETU project through initiatives like the staff Pulse survey, SETU Change Network, PMO project update newsletters, and engaging cross-campus communities of practice.
The change network is a group of over a hundred volunteer change champions from across SETU. It was originally launched to facilitate open conversation between the PMO project team and colleagues from all areas of the university. Members of the change network are regularly updated on progress and communicate this to their own networks of colleagues right across the organisation, increasing awareness and feeding back ideas, suggestions and input.
