Try Nursing is an interactive, exciting event for 6th year, 5th year and TY students who wish to pursue a career in nursing.

The event is aimed at transition, fifth and sixth year, FE and mature students with participants meeting with lecturers and current undergraduate students to discuss all aspects of the course and college life.

The School of Business at the Cork Road campus is running its hugely popular Try Business event to give senior cycle and further education students the opportunity to see if business is the career for them.

The Department of Computing & Mathematics at SETU (Waterford) is hosting a ‘Try Computing’ event for Sixth, Fifth, FE and TY students interested in a career in ICT (Information & Communication Technology).

Come along to our SETU Try Wexford event. This event is open to all – both school leavers and mature students. It is for anybody that has an interest in our current programmes and would like to experience a day in the life of a student. When booking a place at this event, you will be given the option to select a programme of your choice.

In advance of the CAO application deadline on February 1st, South East Technology University, Carlow Campus are hosting a CAO Information Evening for prospective students and parents/guardians.

This exciting Try event introduces prospective students to careers in Social Care and as well as introducing them to the BA (Hons) in Social Care Practice and the BA in Applied Social Care.

This exciting Try event introduces prospective students to careers in Early Childhood Care and Education and to the ECCE programme at the SETU Cork Road campus.

You'll find plenty to discover at SETU's Spring Open Evening on Thursday, 18 April 2024 from 6pm to 8pm on our Cork Road campus, Waterford.

An Open Day provides an opportunity to visit the campus and meet with lecturers who are happy to provide advice and answer questions in relation to the course, modules, employment opportunities, and much more.
