Online Registration
All new student registrations are completed online.
New students must be in Ireland to complete registration; it cannot be done from outside Ireland.
Pre-Registration Meeting
A pre-registration meeting for all new students will be held online on Tuesday, September 27th.
You will receive an invitation to attend this meeting by email.
The steps of registration will be demonstrated at this meeting.
Post-Meeting Steps
In the days following the meeting, new students will receive their SETU Carlow and Wexford Student ID number and temporary password to access the Student Portal.
The registration process can be undertaken on the Student Portal.
Documentation
New students do not require any additional documentation for the registration process.
Internet Access
All new students must have access to the Internet via a local SIM card to complete the multi-factor authentication part of the registration process.
SIM cards will be distributed to all new students by the International Office Team on the first day of the induction process.
It is not possible to connect to free campus WiFi until after registration has been completed.
Attendance and Notifications
Any new student who will not be able to attend the campus on Thursday, September 5th, should notify Hannah Murphy at [email protected].
Any late arrivals will be accommodated by the International Office in the registration process.
It is very important to attend the meeting on August 27th, as all important information and tips on completing the registration process will be shared at that meeting.
