***This registration process is for students enrolled at the SETU Waterford Campus. Please ensure that you are a student of this campus before proceeding.***

 

How to Register Online 2024 Erasmus+ and International Exchange Full-time Students.

Before you begin this process please ensure you have:

1. Registration Information Letter with Web Login and Web Password in hand.

2. Digital photograph of Passport quality.

There are two required steps in the Registration process. Please complete all steps to ensure you are formally recorded as an intended student of South East Technological University. Please note our online registration portal will be open from 12:00 pm Wednesday 14th August 2024 to 6:00 pm Friday 23rd August 2024 (GMT). 

STEP 1 Web-Registration, and upload of Passport quality photograph via the SETU website

a. Click on the link below for New Entrant Online Registration.

b. Enter the SETU username and Password as detailed on your Registration Information letter.

c. Proceed as instructed (Web-Registration & Student Photo Upload).

NOTE - Upload of Photograph for your Student I.D. Card.

a. Please have a digital photo of Passport quality (e.g. head and shoulders, front view, sharp and clear and against a plain background) ready for uploading during the online process.

b. Please check your email to ensure your photo has been accepted. All photographs need to be uploaded by 6.00pm (GMT) on Friday 23rd August 2024 otherwise we cannot guarantee that your card will be ready to use on your first day of term.

STEP 2 Attend our Virtual International Orientation and Registration Day.

Our Virtual International Orientation programme will take place online on Wednesday 04th September 2024. Further information on this will be emailed to you in August and is on our website at https://www.setu.ie/global/student-experience/virtual-orientation

NOTES:

1. Your Username is also your Student Number.

2. Please ensure to complete all stages as instructed.

3. Your Student I.D. card will enable you to access the Institute’s library and computer facilities. Further information is available here .

4. When logging into PCs, only enter the numerics in your Student Number. You do not need to enter the ‘W’

5. Your Student I.D. photograph will be used for identification purposes and for academic and administration activities of the University.
