This page provides essential guidance for applicants navigating the next steps after submitting an application to SETU. Here, you’ll find instructions on managing your application, accepting offers, and understanding important deadlines. If you need to update your application, change your recruitment representative, or withdraw from a programme, this page outlines the steps and contacts needed for each process.
For those who receive an offer, instructions are included for accepting or declining it, as well as for downloading official acceptance letters needed for visa applications. Applicants are also advised on managing multiple offers and selecting their preferred programme. Important deadlines are highlighted, as failure to accept an offer by the specified date could result in forfeiting a place in the programme.
Whether you are interested in deferring your admission, changing your programme, or understanding why an application may be unsuccessful, this page has the information you need to move forward effectively.
Important Note - After you submit your application, you cannot change it yourself. Please be careful when filling out your application. If you need to make changes after submitting, you will need to contact a member of the SETU Global team on [email protected]

- You send a signed letter to [email protected] with your passport photo page and use the same email as the one used for your application.
- The letter must reach us by the deadline above.
2. Representative/Agent Application, Later Independent:
If a Representative applies for you and you later apply independently, we honor the offer through the Representative/Agent, unless you undertake the following:
- You send a signed letter to [email protected] stating you don’t want to use the Representative, with your passport photo page.
- The letter must reach us by the deadline above.
3. Multiple Representatives:

- Preferred Programme: If you accept your preferred programme, decline any other offers you receive.
- Changing Acceptance: If you accept one offer and later get an offer for your preferred programme, accepting the new offer will cancel your original acceptance.
