This page offers troubleshooting guidance for applicants experiencing issues with their SETU Online Application Portal accounts. It covers potential errors when submitting applications, such as browser compatibility and payment issues.

This troubleshooting resource ensures that applicants can quickly address account issues, allowing them to focus on completing their applications smoothly.

Our application portal is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Safari. Please ensure your browser is up-to-date. We also recommend clearing your browser cache before trying to submit your application again.

If you’re facing payment issues, consider using a different card. Some problems, like exceeding a transaction limit, might require you to contact your bank.

After creating your account, you can sign in by going to the SETU Online Application Portal and entering your login credentials.

An access code will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Make sure to enter this code within 15 minutes of receiving it.

If you have trouble logging in with the code, please click ‘resend access code’.

  1. Initiate the Reset Process: Click the “Forgot your password?” button on the Sign In page.
  2. Enter Your Email: You’ll be directed to the “Forgot Password” page. Enter your email address in the provided text box (outlined in red in the image below) and click the “Send Email” button.
  3. Check Your Email: A message will appear on the screen (as shown in the image below) instructing you to check your email. Open the email and click the link to reset your password.
  4. Reset Your Password: Clicking the Password Reset link will take you to the “Password Reset” page. Enter and confirm your new password in the two text boxes. 
  5. Confirm the Change: Click the “Reset Password” button to finalize the change. You will receive an email confirming that your password has been successfully updated.
