Discussing her motivation to take on the part-time course, Diane highlights the flexibility online delivery offered, which allowed her to balance academic, work and family life, “I was searching for an opportunity to broaden my expertise from finance to include IT skills. Due to time constraints the demands of my job, a traditional in-person course with fixed schedules would not have been feasible for me.”

Diane says studying this course has had a positive impact on her career and enhanced her work environment by allowing her to gain specialised knowledge in human capital initiative (HCI) and web design; enterprise application, database design and IM; data analytics, project & change management; and software validation and evolution. "The most impactful modules for me were data analytics and enterprise application," Diane says. "[They] became integral parts of my daily work schedule, allowing me not only to streamline tasks but also to leverage IT to my advantage."
