The talent and innovation of SETU students was on full display at the University’s highly anticipated Computing Showcase 2025, held at SETU’s Kilkenny Road campus, Carlow.
Now in its fourteenth year, the event highlighted the cutting-edge projects developed by final year students across a range of computing disciplines.

Celebration of talent and industry
The showcase brought together students, industry leaders, and academic staff to explore projects from students in cybercrime and IT security, games development, software engineering, IT management, data science, interactive digital art and design and artificial intelligence. Each project demonstrated technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills, reflecting the high standard of computing education at SETU.
