Enhancing research opportunities

SETU has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality higher education and a dynamic research environment. This new affiliation with the EUA will further support the university in expanding its research capabilities, in developing new academic provision, and in significantly strengthening its connections with leading institutions across Europe.

In addition to enhancing academic and research opportunities, SETU's membership of the EUA will also provide a platform for the university to contribute to important discussions on higher education policies and practices at the European level. This involvement will enable SETU to play a crucial role in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing the higher education sector in Europe.

As SETU embarks on this exciting new chapter, it remains dedicated to its mission of delivering exceptional education and impactful research, while also contributing to the social, cultural, and economic development of the south east region of Ireland, and beyond.
