Biography

I joined WIT in 1995, initally as a part-time lecturer in the business department.  I was an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secrretaries and Admistrators and went on to complete my Masters in Business Studies in Change Managment in 2001 through WIT.  This was a two year programme.  I am now a lecturer in Management in the Business Department.

My thesis which was part of the MBS was titled 'The Role of Statutory Agenices in Integrated Rural Development: The Communities' Perspective'.  The purpose of my thesis was to explore the issues surrounding the role of statutory agencies in rual development.

Publications

I co-authored two conference papers, with colleagues from WITin September in 2000. Our area of research was on business information systems and particularly the impact of large inforamtion systems on companies
