Biography
David Drohan is a Lecturer in Computing in SETU. He graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Computing from WIT (then WRTC) in 1995 and completed his MSc by Research under TSSG from WIT in 1999. He has lectured on a number of different Computing and Humanities programmes within SETU since 1995 in areas such as programming, web development, systems analysis, computer science and mobile development.
David currently lectures on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and has supervised a number of students projects and dissertations at both levels. More recently David has been delivering computing modules onsite in NUIST (Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology) in China.
David's current areas of interest include Android App Development and Web Development.
David has delivered a number of different modules since taking up his lecturing position in WIT. These include (but are not limited to):
