SETU provides its employees and their families with access to an Employee Assistance Service (EAS) facilitated by Spectrum Life. This service offers free and confidential counselling and information support and is accessible round the clock, 365 days of the year. Although you'll need to identify yourself as a SETU employee to access the service, Spectrum Life ensures that this information remains confidential and is not shared with SETU.

SETU acknowledges and appreciates the importance of supporting its employees during challenging times. We offer the Employee Assistance Service (EAS) to provide assistance during crises or emotional distress. SETU is committed to understanding the various challenges faced by employees and their families, and we prioritise early resolution of both personal and work-related issues. Through the EAS, individuals can access up to six professional counselling sessions at no cost, ensuring that necessary support is accessible when it's needed most.

Who is covered by the Employee Assistance Service

The Employee Assistance Service (EAS) is open to SETU employees and their eligible family members, including spouses, civil partners, or dependents who are over 18 years old and reside in the family household.
