Biography
Fabrice Bartholin is a lecturer in Hospitality Management and Tourism. Fabrice teaches theory-based modules in the areas of hospitality and tourism operations management, with a particular focus on practical components.
Fabrice is currently the Programme leader for undergraduate Hospitality and Tourism courses at level 7 and level 8.
Fabrice presently delivers a variety of applied and academic modules in the areas of Hospitality and Tourism operations and management.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Fabrice has taught French to different cohorts under the Alliance Francaise umbrella in its Kilkenny Branch.
Fabrice completed an Executive Master in Business Administration and is currently a PhD candidate at Dublin City University. Fabrice's Ph.D. work explores the impact of the future of services on frontline employees' experiences at work and other distal organisational outcomes. The study investigates changes affecting the provision of frontline services and their consumption.
Fabrice is enthusiastic about interdisciplinary research, with a particular interest in frontline service encounters and employee well-being, service technologies, and service experience delivery.
Member of SERVSIG (Service Research Community)
Fabrice has more than 15 years of experience at the senior level in the luxury segment of the hospitality business, having worked in both Irish and international businesses in the service industry.
