Paula joined the team as Secretary at the Office for International Relations, Waterford Campus in December 2019. She came from a background of many years of administration experience working in the insurance industry in Ireland, which included a strong emphasis on regulation and compliance. In addition to her insurance industry qualifications she completed a certificate in Business Studies in 2015.
