Biography
Rachel O'Dowd is a lecturer in Marketing at Waterford Institute of Technology since 1997. She specialises in teaching Public Relations at undergraduate and postgraduate level and Rural Entrepreneurship to Land Sciences students.
Rachel won the WIT Teaching Excellence Award in 2010. In 2014 she mentored the student winner of the National Alltech Innovation Awards. More recently she has mentored two student finalists in the National Innovation Arena Awards which will be held at the National Ploughing Championships in September, 2015.
